open the Vita web browser app and goto the address:
download.psvita.group
or press the QAD button on the HENlo / Jailbreak sitepress the 'Continue' button and then 'OK'
The Quick App Downloader menu should show up after a short while but If the browser crashes, either try again or reboot and try again.
Highlight the option 'Install Quick App Downloader' then press CROSS
If you Vita gets stuck then hold the power button for it to force a reboot and try again.
Once installed press CROSS on Exit
Once installed you can now run the 'Quick App Downloader' to quickly and easily add a selection of apps to your system. If you have already setup an SD card there is a basic built in fake SD detection that will warn you if your SD is reporting a suspicious capacity.
The apps that I recommend you to install are :

Custom Theme Manager

UX0 to SD Clone Tool
VitaShell
After installing the recommended apps the next and final step is to setup your system with an SD card to expand your storage capacity.
