NoPayStation is a Windows / Mac application containing a library of PS3, Vita, PSP and PSX games to download onto your PC. The downloaded game backups can then be installed onto its corresponding game console provided that it meets the requirements, i.e. homebrew enabled with an active custom firmware. The NoPayStation library also features game updates, DLC and themes.

After downloading the zip file above you will need to extract it somewhere on your computer. This can be anywhere you like that you will easily remember.
Once extracted, double click NPS_Browser_0.94
If Windows pops up with a warning about the app not being verified, just press 'Install anyway' and If you see a firewall warning, just press 'allow' This allows the app to access the internet.
Double click NPS_Browser then goto 'File' then 'Options'
You will notice that most of the required setup has already been done for you
Where you see 'Download and unpack dir' click the 'Browse' button and then choose a location you would like any downloads to goto, for example you could just use the NPS folder itself.
Next where it says 'Any pkg dec tool' click the 'Browse' button and goto the NPS folder and select the pkg2zip.exe file
After this you can close the Options page, then click 'File', 'Sync cache'
Search for the game you want to download then right click on it in the list, then left click 'Download and Unpack'
You can use the filter options to select between regions and game types (PSP, PS1, VITA)
Once the download says complete you can goto the folder that you set as the 'Download and Unpack dir' and you will see an 'app' folder either copy this to the root of the SD (ux0:) or if you open the folder you will see your downloads in folders with the GameID (e.g. PCSE00277)
Once you have transfered the games folder onto the SD (ux0:) open Vitashell and goto the screen where you can see the partition list.
Press TRiANGLE then select 'Refresh LiveArea', after a while your should see '1 Found' (or more depending on how many games your adding), just close Vitashell and you should now see your transfered game.
